Re-thinking Missions
At ADM, we believe the God of the Bible is a God of mission. We joyfully ask, “God, what are you doing?” In asking this, we see that God is going before us in accomplishing His mission. Therefore, we aim to faithfully follow what he is doing in reaching the nations.
Advise
We provide career coaching, mentorship, and collaboration. We are not a work agency; rather, our goal is to equip followers of Jesus with tools to and maintain meaningful employment in the diaspora.
Care
We connect believers in the diaspora to supportive communities that empower and inspire personal and spiritual growth, helping them thrive in their faith journeys.
Train
We train individuals in their home nations and in the diaspora. For the diaspora, we offer an online ten-week course, "Employed for Purpose," to help workers maximize their purpose in the workplace and find fulfillment in their careers.
What we believe
We believe God has "determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their (our) dwelling place, that they should seek God" (Acts 17:26-27). All believers are strategically placed in various roles for His missional purpose, whether it is as a plumber, nurse, house manager, or security guard. Each position holds significance in God’s divine plan, showcasing how diverse professions can contribute meaningfully to His saving work.
